With management approval, our full flex workweeks allow employees to flex their time on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Flexing could include working more hours on one or more days and charging fewer or no hours on another day in a single pay period. For example, working 80 hours over 9 days of the pay period and taking the 10th day off without the need to charge a paid time off account.
